Empower Retirement sponsors PGA Tour Golfer and US Open Champion Webb Simpson
Resilient and dedicated PGA Tour professional represents the next phase of ‘Now is a Good Time’ campaign
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., June 13, 2018 — Empower Retirement, the nation’s second largest retirement services provider,1 today announced a new multi-year marketing partnership with PGA Tour player Webb Simpson, 32, of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Webb is currently ranked among the top 25 golfers in the world, according to the Official World Golf Ranking and recently won the 2018 Players Championship in Florida locking in his fifth PGA Tour title. Simpson, the 2012 U.S. Open champion, is in his tenth year as a pro.

The sponsorship debuts this week with Webb’s tournament play in the 123rd annual U.S. Open in New York. The Empower logo will appear on Simpson’s shirt throughout the PGA Tour season.
